Tax Senior

Our client is a Top 60, advisory-led accountancy firm with a strong UK presence and over 40 years’ heritage. With 200+ professionals across Audit, Accounts, Tax and Advisory, they are known for their relationship-driven approach, ambitious growth strategy, and award-winning culture.\n\nDue to continued expansion, they are seeking a Tax Senior to join their London team.\n\nThe Role\n\nA client-facing, advisory-focused position managing a portfolio of corporate clients while supporting on complex tax planning projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n• Advise on UK and international corporate tax matters\n• Support advisory work including restructures, MBOs, EOTs and transactions\n• Provide guidance on business structuring and profit extraction\n• Assist with compliance (corporation tax returns and reporting)\n• Work closely with senior stakeholders on complex projects\n• Build client relationships and identify new opportunities\n• Support and mentor junior team members\n\nAbout You\n\n• ATT / CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualified\n• Strong corporate tax experience in practice\n• Exposure to advisory work (restructuring, transactions, planning)\n• Good knowledge of UK corporate tax (personal tax exposure a bonus)\n• Strong communication and commercial awareness\n\nBenefits\n\n• Competitive salary + bonus\n• 23 days holiday + birthday off\n• Enhanced parental pay\n• Health cash plan & wellbeing support\n• Pension, perks platform & cycle to work scheme\n• Clear progression opportunities\n\nShould you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear IT Recruitment Limited.\n\nPlease Note: Due to the number of applications we receive we may be unable to respond to every application directly.
