Together, they work as ‘One Murphy’ - directly delivering the people, plant and expertise needed to make projects a success. Visit (url removed) or follow us on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X: \n\n#MoretoMurphy\n\nA day in the life of a Murphy Senior Quantity Surveyor\n\nEnsure the site team adheres to group procedures and governance \nManagement of internal commercial reporting and any other reports which may be required \nPreparation of Valuations/Applications for Payment with full supporting documentation in accordance with the contract \nOversee Cost Reports to the Client with contractually compliant supporting documentation \nManagement of subcontract and material procurement schedules \nAdministration of subcontractor/supplier accounts from the preparation of detailed requisitions, monitoring and authorisation of subcontract payments through to agreement of final accounts \nUndertake the contract administration, including change management and maintain associated registers \nIdentifying commercial risks, opportunities, value engineering and change \nUse the cost allocation/coding which satisfies both internal and external requirements \nMeasurement of quantities in accordance with the standard methods of measurement as required  \n\nStill interested, does this sound like you?\n\nHND/Degree qualification \nProven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or a times served Quantity Surveyor looking to step up. \nSolid knowledge across NEC Contracts.
