Senior Consultant - Manufacturing

A top-tier consultancy is hiring at Senior Consultant level into a leading operations and manufacturing practice in London.

The role will suit MBA graduates with strong industry experience in manufacturing, production, or plant operations, looking to enter top-tier consulting and combine hands-on operational understanding with transformation work.

What you’ll do:

• Support manufacturing and site improvement projects across production, quality, and operational performance
• Work on capacity, cost, efficiency, and process optimisation initiatives
• Contribute to network strategy, operating model design, and broader transformation programmes
• Own workstreams and engage directly with client stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• c.4+ years’ experience in manufacturing, operations, or related consulting work
• MBA from a top business school
• Background in industries such as FMCG, aerospace, industrials, chemicals, or energy beneficial
• Strong exposure to manufacturing environments (e.g. production, maintenance, process engineering)
