Following our recognition as “Best Company to Work For” at the European Cleaning & Hygiene Awards 2025, we’re continuing to invest in ambitious people who want to make a genuine impact.\n\nThis is a standout opportunity for an experienced Sales Director of Key Accounts to join a high-growth, values-driven business and play a pivotal role in expanding and strengthening the sales of our Key Account portfolio across London and the South.\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nAs Sales Director of Key Accounts, you’ll take ownership of a strategic portfolio of high-value accounts, developing long-term partnerships while identifying and securing new business sales opportunities within and beyond your client base.\n\nYou’ll work closely with senior decision-makers, lead complex sales cycles, and collaborate across bids, operations and marketing teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.\n\nThis is a hybrid role with regular presence at client offices across London (typically 1–2 days per week).\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nDriving Revenue & Growth\n\n * Deliver and exceed an annual sales target of £3m+ while maintaining strong profitability\n\n * Build and manage a qualified pipeline exceeding £9m on a rolling three-month basis\n\n * Identify, develop and secure new opportunities across cleaning, security and soft FM services\n\n * Lead negotiations and complex contract discussions through to successful award\n\nBuilding Strategic Relationships\n\n * Develop trusted partnerships with stakeholders at every level\n\n * Attend industry networking events, conferences and customer engagement activities\n\n * Conduct site visits and create innovative, commercially competitive service solutions\n\nLeading & Influencing\n\n * Support and mentor members of the wider sales team\n\n * Contribute to bids, proposals and sales strategy presentations\n\n * Step into leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Sales Director when required\n\nMaintaining Excellence\n\n * Ensure all opportunities and activity are accurately maintained within Salesforce CRM\n\n * Collaborate closely with bids, proposals and marketing functions to maximise conversion\n\n * Uphold company standards across compliance, H&S, quality and environmental management\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nEssential Experience\n\n * 3–5+ years’ experience selling soft FM or integrated facilities solutions\n\n * Strong background in new business acquisition at Key Account Sales Manager or Director level\n\n * Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders\n\n * Commercially driven with a strong track record of achieving growth targets\n\n * Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills\n\n * Strong Excel and commercial reporting capability\n\nDesirable Experience\n\n * Experience writing or contributing to winning bids and proposals\n\n * Creative and solution-focused approach to sales strategy\n\nThe Package\n\n * £80,000 – £85,000 basic salary\n\n * £135,000 – £145,000 OTE\n\n * Car or car allowance\n\n * 35 days holiday including bank holidays\n\n * Travel expenses covered\n\n * Flexible and hybrid working\n\n * Career progression within a growing international business\n\nReady to Make Your Mark?\n\nThis is more than a sales role — it’s an opportunity to shape strategic partnerships, influence business growth, and join a company where your contribution is genuinely valued.\n\nIf you’re an ambitious, relationship-led sales professional ready for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you
