Retrofit Assessor

TSA Surveying is working with a reputable client who is looking to appoint a full-time, permanent Retrofit Assessor to cover the South West, ideally based in or around the Bristol area.

The Role

• Carrying out retrofit assessments across the South West
• Producing high-quality assessments to support retrofit and energy efficiency projects
• Working closely with an experienced internal team who provide full support

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Retrofit Assessor
• Good understanding of heat loss assessments ( preferred)
• Ideally able to assess air source heat pumps
• Pulse testing experience preferred
• Level 3 certificate in Older and Traditional Buildings (essential)
