About the Role

The team are looking for an experienced property litigation solicitor who has gained experience from a London or rated regional firm. Ideally you will be 3pqe+ and have gained experience of working on dilapidations, L and T work, boundary disputes and all general areas of real estate litigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop your business development skills.
• Explore new clients and opportunities within the local marketplace.

Qualifications

• 3pqe+ experience in property litigation.

Required Skills

• Experience in dilapidations.
• Experience in L and T work.
• Experience in boundary disputes.
• Experience in general areas of real estate litigation.

Preferred Skills

• Business development skills.
