Production Supervisor

\nProduction Planning – Supporting the preparation and implementation of daily and weekly production plans in line with customer demand. \nKPI Performance – Monitoring operational performance and taking action to achieve productivity, quality and delivery targets. \nContinuous Improvement – Working closely with Engineering and Continuous Improvement teams to optimise production processes and support Lean manufacturing initiatives.

\nQuality Management – Driving product quality standards through employee coaching, training and active problem-solving. \nHealth & Safety – Ensuring the safe operation of production areas, including PPE compliance and correct use of machinery and equipment. \nCost Control – Supporting departmental budget objectives through effective management of labour utilisation, overtime and operational performance.

\nOperational Reporting – Providing accurate production updates and reporting operational performance against agreed KPIs. \nProject Support – Contributing to new production projects and process improvement initiatives across the business. What We’re Looking For: \nPrevious experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, Shift Leader or Team Leader.

\nExperience leading teams within a manufacturing or production environment. \nStrong people management, communication and leadership skills. \nExperience managing production KPIs and operational performance.

\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. \nGood organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. \nPC literacy including Microsoft Office applications.

\nCommitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement. Highly Desirable: \nExperience within cleanroom manufacturing environments. \nExposure to ISO 13485, GMP, medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated manufacturing sectors.

\nKnowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Working Pattern: \nEarly Shift: 06:00 – 14:30 Monday–Thursday, 06:00 – 11:30 Friday \nLate Shift: 14:30 – 23:00 Monday–Thursday, 11:30 – 17:00 Friday \nWeekly rotating shift pattern \nSite-based role Monday–Friday
