As a key client-facing representative, you will maintain planting schemes and living walls to a high standard and help ensure client satisfaction.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Carry out routine plant maintenance to a high standard, including watering, pruning, feeding, cleaning, and pest control.\n\n * Monitor plant health and spot early signs of pests, disease, or environmental stress.\n\n * Replace plants that fail to meet visual standards, keeping accurate records in line with company guidelines.\n\n * Communicate professionally with clients and report issues or recommendations.\n\n * Transport plants, tools, and materials safely between client sites by public transport and occasionally by company vehicle.\n\n * Follow health and safety procedures at all times, especially in commercial environments.\n\n * Report on-site issues to internal teams to help improve service, planning, and stock management.\n\nSkills & Qualifications\n\nRequired:\n\n * Experience in plant care, horticulture, or interior landscaping.\n\n * Good knowledge of common indoor plant species and their care needs.\n\n * Able to work independently, manage time well, and follow a route schedule.\n\n * This role involves regular lifting, carrying, travel, long periods of standing, and occasional work at height.\n\n * Strong communication and customer service skills.\n\nPreferred:\n\n * Horticulture qualification (e.g., RHS Level 2 or equivalent).\n\n * Previous experience in a similar plant maintenance or interior landscaping role.\n\n * Experience working in office or commercial environments.\n\n * Full UK driving licence.\n\nWhat our client offers:\n\nCompany vehicle or travel allowance, ongoing training, career progression, a positive working culture, company events, and profit-share awards.\n\nTo apply, send your full CV to Louise at Sayjo Recruitment Ltd.
