Working closely with the Communications Director, you will translate complex ideas into engaging, high-quality visual and digital content across multiple platforms.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nMultimedia Content Production\n\nLead and direct content capture across campaigns, events, activations and field visits\nProduce high-quality multimedia and digital content aligned to organisational priorities\nTranslate strategic messaging into compelling visual storytellingContent Management and Distribution\n\nDevelop distribution plans with internal teams to maximise audience reach and campaign impact\nMaintain and manage a well-organised, compliant multimedia content library\nAnalyse performance data and insights to inform ongoing content strategy and delivery\nSupport campaign activations through branded content and merchandise sourcingBranding and Consistency\n\nEnsure consistent visual identity, tone and quality across all outputs\nStrengthen organisational brand presence across digital platforms and campaignsProduction and Partner Management\n\nManage content production schedules and workflows to ensure timely delivery\nCoordinate and manage external creatives, production partners and suppliers\nEnsure all partners meet organisational quality standards and timelinesAbout you:\n\nQualifications, Skills, Experience and Knowledge\n\nDegree in Communications, Journalism, Media, Public Affairs, International Development, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience\nSignificant experience (typically 5-8 years) in multimedia content production, digital campaigning and social media\nStrong knowledge of the digital media landscape and audience engagement strategies\nFluency in English; additional languages are an advantage\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently under pressure\nExcellent project management and organisational skills\nStrong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, including working with external vendors\nExcellent communication skills and cultural awareness\nCommitment to the organisation's mission and global development objectivesExperience working across Africa is desirable\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nThis is an exceptional opportunity to play a senior leadership role in a globally influential organisation tackling one of the world's most urgent challenges.
