Multi-Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer\n Cardiff & Surrounding Areas\n£38,000 - £42,000 + Company Van & Benefits\nOvertime & Travel Package Available\n\n We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a growing facilities maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring all assets are maintained safely and efficiently.\n\n This role would suit an organised and proactive engineer with strong fault-finding skills and previous experience in commercial environments.\n\n Key Responsibilities\n \nCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs. \nMaintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems and associated plant.

\nRespond to breakdowns and fault-find on building systems. \nMaintain HVAC systems and environmental conditions. \nComplete service reports and compliance documentation using simPRO.

\nRespond to BMS alarms and carry out first-line diagnostics. \nCarry out plant checks, shutdowns, and changeovers. \nComplete small installation and repair works.

\nLiaise professionally with clients and subcontractors. \nParticipate in an on-call rota and overtime when required. Requirements\n \nCity & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical discipline.

\nCity & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical discipline. \n18th Edition qualified. \nExperience fault finding on commercial M&E systems.

\nStrong understanding of safe electrical working practices. \nFull UK Driving Licence.
