Mechanical Contract Manager - South East (Guildford HQ)\n£70,000 + £5K Car Allowance + Package\n\nMechanical Contract Manager required to join a fast-growing Mechanical Building Services principal contractor delivering complex HVAC and mechanical plant installations across the South East.\n\nThe business operates within the refurbishment and end-user sector, working directly with clients across education, healthcare and commercial environments with no traditional new-build construction focus.\n\nProjects range from £100K to £4M and typically involve mechanical plant, pipework and system integration works including:\n\n * LTHW & chilled water systems\n\n * Air source heat pumps (ASHP)\n\n * Mechanical plant installations\n\n * Pipe services and system connections\n\n * Integration into existing building systems\n\nThis is a delivery-focused role overseeing full mechanical contract lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion across a busy and secure order book.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\n * Full mechanical contract delivery from start to finish\n\n * Pre-construction planning and technical input\n\n * Programme development and coordination\n\n * Subcontractor selection and management\n\n * Health & Safety and compliance oversight\n\n * Technical submissions and reporting\n\n * Site and project performance management\n\nWhat they’re looking for:\n\n * Strong Mechanical Contract Manager or Senior Project Manager background\n\n * Experience within HVAC, pipework and mechanical plant delivery\n\n * Principal contractor or end-user project experience preferred\n\n * Strong organisational and client-facing skills\n\n * Ability to manage multiple live projects\n\n * Confident working across refurbishment / existing building environments\n\nThis role would suit a Mechanical Contract Manager, Senior Mechanical Project Manager or Mechanical Project Manager looking to step into a strong delivery-led contractor with a secure pipeline and growth trajectory.\n\nPackage:\n\n * £70,000 Salary (DOE)\n\n * £5,000 Car Allowance\n\n * Strong forward order book and long-term pipeline\n\n * Established contractor with consistent year-on-year growth\n\nApply with your CV or contact us for a confidential discussion
