Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school on a long-term basis.This role is ideal for a skilled HLTA who enjoys supporting across different year groups and is confident delivering lessons, interventions, and classroom support where required. The school is looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and passionate about supporting pupils across the primary age range.The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and senior leaders to help maintain high standards of teaching and learning throughout the school.The Role: Delivering planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 when required Supporting pupils through targeted intervention groups in Maths, English, and phonics Providing classroom support and assisting teachers with learning activities Supporting pupils with differing abilities and additional needs Helping maintain a positive and engaging learning environment Assisting with assessment, pupil progress, and classroom organisationThe Ideal Candidate Will: Hold a HLTA qualification or equivalent experience Have recent experience working within a UK primary school Be confident leading a classroom independently Have strong curriculum knowledge across the primary age range Be organised, adaptable, and proactive Have excellent behaviour management skillsWhy Work with Aspire People?
