A well-established and highly regarded Financial Planning firm is seeking a professional, organised, and proactive Assistant to support the Director/Financial Advisor.\n This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA or administrator looking to join a collaborative and client-focused environment within the financial services sector.\n\nThe successful candidate will provide administrative and organisational support to the Director, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business and delivering an exceptional client experience. This may also include personal errands and diary management \n\n Key responsibilities will include:\n \nManaging diaries, appointments, and meetings \nPreparing client documentation and correspondence \nLiaising with clients, providers, and internal teams \nMaintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems \nSupporting with reports, presentations, and meeting packs \nHandling incoming calls and emails professionally \nGeneral office and administrative support as required The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.\n You will have:\n \nPrevious experience in a PA, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator role \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills \nStrong organisational and time management abilities \nA professional and discreet approach \nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages \nExperience within financial services or wealth management would be advantageous, but is not essential \n This position can be offered on a full or full or part time basis \n Office based, Poole\n£25,000 - £30,000
