The Role & The Work

You will advise major national and international clients on a broad mix of employment matters, from day-to-day HR advisory and complex employee relations issues to corporate transactions, restructurings, investigations and senior exits. Alongside this, you’ll be involved in large-scale, cross-border projects, collaborating with colleagues across a global network and gaining exposure to truly international work.

Your Experience

• Scottish or UK Qualified Solicitor (4+ PQE)
• Strong background and passion for Employment law
• Experience advising on a mix of advisory, contentious and transactional matters
• Exposure to corporate support work and/or international clients (desirable)
• Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills
• Commercially aware with an interest in business development
• Ambitious and motivated to progress towards senior leadership
