Children's Registered Manager

Job Description

We are recruiting a Temporary Registered Manager on behalf of an established Children's Residential Service in the Cardiff area. The successful candidate will oversee a short-term assessment home supporting vulnerable children and young people, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care and full compliance with regulatory standards.\n\nIn this role, you will:\n\nLead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential home, ensuring children and young people receive safe, supportive, and trauma-informed care. You will work closely with staff, social workers, health professionals, and other stakeholders to support assessment placements and achieve positive outcomes for young people.
